We offer a variety of subscription plans designed to keep your bins consistently clean, while being super convenient and a great value. With our plans, you can enjoy fresh, sanitized bins all season long, hassle-free. For those who aren’t ready to commit to a subscription or only need a cleaning once or twice a year, we also offer an “as needed” option. This is a great choice for trying out our service, but please keep in mind that the first cleaning can be quite intensive. Never before cleaned bins are often super dirty, requiring extra time, resources and a good amount of elbow grease; which is why the as-needed option is priced accordingly. Additionally, we can create custom plans tailored to meet the needs of unique situations or commercial clients.

 

Signing up

The process to sign up is simple, we use an online form that collects some basic info about you and your bins, including your payment details. Once you’re signed up, we’ll add you to our schedule on your regular trash day and send an email with the date of your first cleaning. No appointment is needed and you don’t need to be home—just leave your bins out after collection, and we’ll handle everything from there. You’ll also receive a reminder the day before, so you’ll always know when we’re coming.

 

Billing

 

The first cleaning for subscription plans is billed immediately upon signup. Each subsequent cleaning is billed immediately after the service is completed. If payment cannot be processed, you will be notified and required to update your card information before the next scheduled cleaning. For one-time cleanings, payment is charged at the time of sign-up.​

If you cancel before completing three cleanings, you’ll be billed at the one-time rate for the completed services. 

 

Scheduling

Our residential service runs seasonally, pausing from December through February, and restarts March. Subscriptions plans automatically restart in March. Our calendar runs on a 4-week rotating schedule. Meaning monthly customers will receive one cleaning every 4 weeks, bimonthly customers will receive one cleaning every 8 weeks and seasonal customers will receive one cleaning every 16 weeks. Monthly customers may receive two cleanings in the same calendar month. We may need to adjust for holidays etc. and to keep our schedule efficient.

Please be sure to leave your bins at the curb and empty. If you need to pull them back from the street, just ensure your bins are in a visible spot. We’ll return them once we’re done. While we aim for a thorough clean, some things like stains, marks from the trash truck, paint, glue and adhesives, cements and tree sap may not come off. Stickers on the exterior of your bins may also not withstand the cleaning process. Additionally, bins that are cracked, have large holes, or are located on narrow streets where it’s unsafe for us to operate may not be serviceable.
